Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Ole Tyme Produce team.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and provide excellent customer service
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, and in person to provide support, recommendations, and information on all products or services
  • Collect and enter customer’s orders for new or additional products or services with accuracy
  • Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, communicate to management and/or sales team
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Scan purchase orders, bills of lading, grower/shipper/broker invoices, and check detail
  • Scan daily customer invoices, expense invoices, and daily driver manifests
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of resolving conflicts with customers and/or vendors
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Must be a team player
