Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Iceberg lettuce supplies are tightening in Salinas, Huron, and Santa Maria as the industry transitions, with minimal harvesting in Salinas. Huron crews are managing challenges such as soil disease and insect pressure.

Expectations include:

Tight supplies across all Iceberg packs (including processed) for the next few weeks.
Suppliers will monitor averages to navigate this supply gap.
Channel pricing for all Iceberg packs will be initiated tomorrow.
