Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

UPDATE:

Mexico: Asparagus supplies will be limited over the next month due to cooler weather reducing production in Sonora, Constitución, and Baja California.
Peru: Production is transitioning from the southern to the northern fields. Yields in the south are dropping rapidly due to rising temperatures, causing increased seeding, flowering, and spreading. Northern fields are ramping up production as planned to support demand during Mexico's limited supply in the winter months.
Sizing: Smaller sizes, such as Smalls and Standards, are becoming more abundant, while larger sizes (LG+) are more limited.
Outlook: Increased supply is expected once Caborca production begins in February.

Expectations:

Asparagus supplies will remain limited on both coasts until Caborca starts in late January.
