Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Cauliflower supplies have started to tighten up. Unseasonably warm weather in Yuma brought product on faster than expected. Salinas is all but finished in production and Santa Maria is very light.

Expectations:

Expect lighter supplies for the rest of December.
Suppliers will be watching normal #s to get through the shortage.
You may need to sub sizing, make an extra pick-up, or utilize an outside label.
Look for Cauliflower florets to be shorter the next couple of weeks.
