Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

UPDATE: Chopped Romaine quality has recently been seeing more mechanical damage and bruising. Darker green leaves have recently been present with less bleaching in the current fields.

Expectations:

Processors are currently adjusting their schedules to build density with more bleaching.
Next weeks fields are seeing a gradual improvement with better heart material for Chopped Romaine.
