Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Market pricing for Northwest onions continues to rise due to extreme increases in export demand. Limited production caused by reduced acreage in the Netherlands and weather events in Mexico are the causes of increased demand for Northwest onions. Volatile markets are expected until Mexico's Tampico region begins production in late January.

Due to the extreme spike in white onion pricing, demand has shifted to yellow and red.
Many sheds operate with limited appointments during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Order lead time is 7 days minimum to make sure the product is packed and available to load on the ship date we've asked for.
The quality of Northwest storage remains excellent.
