Dear Ole Tyme Customers:

Markets are currently elevated across all sizes.
A lack of harvesting over the past two weeks due to the Christmas and New Year holidays has significantly impacted supply availability.
Product remains extremely limited, with allocations occurring across the industry.
- When available, we may ask customers to consider substituting grades or sizes based on what is accessible at that time.
On a positive note, Mexico resumed normal harvesting this week.
- It is anticipated that the supply chain will stabilize within the next one to two weeks.
- Once this happens, markets are expected to begin adjusting.
Size structure remains unchanged, with 60ct and smaller sizes being more prevalent, while 48ct and larger sizes continue to command higher prices.
To assist with ripening and inventory management, please provide as much lead time as possible when placing orders.
