Update: Oranges and Lemons, please see below the market conditions.

California Navel Oranges

Fruit is peaking on 72ct and larger; 88/113/138ct are incredibly scarce and will be this way through the navel season.
- Fruit will continue to size up as the season progresses due to low fruit sets and rain events.
Please be flexible with size and grade as we navigate this extremely tight Navel season.
- Lead time is crucial; please send orders 5-7 days before.
  - Same-day or next-day orders will be subject to placement availability.
- Contracts are a main priority.
Quality is good; Brix is in the 12-14 range.
- Zero gassing at this time.
On top of the extremely scarce availability on 88ct and smaller navels, we have another rain event that’s hitting the Central Valley this weekend .
Suppliers will be working hard to harvest in advance to fill the barn in preparation for this wet weather.
- Fruit supply will be a struggle through next week as there will be minimal to NO harvest due to the inclement weather.
- ORDER LEAD TIME IS CRUCIAL.

Lemons

All 3 districts are shipping right now with peak sizing being 140ct and larger.
- Markets on 165ct and smaller are ticking up due to less availability.
- District 3 (CA Desert/Yuma) is nearly done with some scraps left as that season comes to a close.
