Ordering Made Easy
At Ole Tyme Produce, we recognize the fast-paced environment in which our customers operate. In an effort to make ordering easier and more convenient, our online ordering system provides our customers with the ability to search and select items from our database, place orders by entering quantities on a simple, easy to use order entry screen, track order status and account history, and receive confirmation on single or multi-unit accounts.
On-line ordering is available to customers anytime. Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day for our primary distribution area, and by pre-arranged agreement to secondary distribution areas. Customer service is live from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer any questions concerning availability and quality of fresh produce both locally, nationally, and internationally. We also have buyers available to speak directly with customers about specific products.
Customer service is ready to help customers with special orders, delivery times, pre-booking products, and order placement via telephone. We accept emailed or faxed orders, but urge clients to always check on orders placed via fax to ensure receipt. Please call us with any questions or concerns—we’re here to help.

Customer Service
Live customer service specialists are available from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders may also be placed online or through the Ole Tyme mobile app. Please give us a call to set up an on-line account.
Setting up an account
Customers should establish an account before the first delivery. Account applications can be mailed or emailed to the office, or downloaded from our website. Credit must be established to charge deliveries. The account application has space to describe delivery details, such as necessary driver security requirements, delivery windows, exact location of delivery, and special products and weekly usage to be stocked.
Will Call
Ole Tyme’s will-call department operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Customers can call in orders and pickup during these hours
